By accepting this Agreement, Users can use consignment, transport, and delivery services provided through the Luggyshare platform at www.luggyshare.com and via our Android and iOS mobile applications, operated by Luggyshare Inc.

Definitions

– Taking in Consignment / Transport: Process by which Travellers transport Products listed by Stores.
– Possession as Custodian: Responsibility of Traveller for Product until delivery.
– Traveller(s): Individuals aged 18+ who transport Products.
– Service(s): Platform services enabling Stores to list and Travellers to deliver Products.
– Request: Product listing details including price, delivery time, etc.
– User(s): Individuals or entities registered on Luggyshare.
– Store(s): Businesses posting product transport Requests.
– Luggyshare: Luggyshare Inc., operator of the Platform.
– Platform: Website and mobile applications managed by Luggyshare.
– Agreement: This User Agreement.
– Delivery Point: Final delivery location.
– Product: Goods eligible for consignment.
– Payment System: Platform-authorized payment service.

General Terms

Luggyshare provides a logistics platform for peer-to-peer delivery of goods. By using this Platform, Users acknowledge Luggyshare is not a party to the Store-Traveller relationship and assumes no liability.

Account Registration

Users must provide accurate details during sign-up. Only one account per user is allowed. Accounts cannot be transferred. Luggyshare may suspend accounts for policy violations.

Obligations of Travellers

– Must be 18+.
– Enter travel details accurately.
– Accept Requests only if committed to delivering.
– Are liable for loss or damage of Products while in possession.
– Understand payment holds may be applied for potential damages.

Obligations of Stores

– Provide full and accurate product information.
– Ensure legal compliance of products (e.g., IATA rules, Canadian laws).
– Are solely liable for issues arising from incorrect or prohibited items.

Posting and Approving Requests

Requests may not be modified once accepted without Luggyshare’s consent. Both parties must notify Luggyshare if delivery timelines are at risk.

Security Measures

Users are responsible for maintaining account security. Strong passwords and secure login practices are required.

Confidentiality & Data Use

User data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Required information may be shared with other Users or authorities as needed.

Platform Usage & IP

All intellectual property (IP) rights are owned by Luggyshare. Users may not attempt to reverse engineer the Platform or compete using internal processes.

Trademarks

The Luggyshare name and logo are trademarks of Luggyshare Inc. All third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

Changes to Terms

Luggyshare may update these terms. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of changes.

Limitation of Liability

Users use the Platform at their own risk. Luggyshare is not liable for damages, losses, or disputes between Users.

Suspension or Termination

Accounts may be terminated for policy breaches. Termination ends all rights to access the Platform.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in Toronto courts.
